Free Tutoring for Afghan Youth
Eligible Afghan youth in grades K-12 and their families are invited to join tutors and mentors for supplemental learning and support. Students will receive an opportunity to gain more support in the following core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies.
Families who are interested in enrolling their students must first complete an online interest form.
Youth who are residents of the following areas are encouraged to join the in-person program:
Castro Valley
Fremont
Hayward
Newark
Oakland
Richmond
San Leandro
San Lorenzo
Union City
Youth and families are encouraged to join the in-person program and/or virtual support program.
The following areas are all welcome to join:
Antioch
Concord
Walnut Creek
