Faisal moved to the United States from his native Afghanistan in 2017. Like with many immigrants, Faisal understands the journey and transition into life in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Despite working long hours, attending classes and supporting his family, Faisal continued his education at CSU East Bay, earning a Master's degree in Communications on top of his Master's in Business Administration from Kardan University in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Faisal has worked for multinational companies as a sales and marketing executive, bringing in significant customer service, management and social media skills. His personal resettlement experience inspires his work for The 5ive Pillars Organization and is a vital member of the community who is well regarded for this important work.
Faisal lives with his wife, Zohra who is a medical assistant and their children.
