Baby2Baby, a nonprofit organization tha provides diapers, clothes and other necessities, generously donated 90 car seats for Afghan newcomers in the Northern California region.
This donation comes in addition to hundreds of diapers that The 5ive Pillars Organization has recieved from Baby2Baby and has distributed to Afghan newcomers at resettlement resource events and workshops throughout 2023.
According to the Center for Disease Control, car seats and boosters provide protection for infants and children in a crash by reducing the risk of injury by up to 82%. We are so grateful for the generousity of Baby2Baby and their ongoing commitment to assisting Afghan newcomers in our region.
